This simple Nice Cream recipe offers a healthy breakfast or snack option with a sweet, tropical flavor.

  • 1 mango peeled and pitted
  • 2 frozen (very) ripe bananas
  • splash coconut milk
  • blueberries for garnish
  1. Add the mango, bananas and coconut milk to a blender and blend on medium-high until smooth. (Add up to a Tbsp of additional coconut milk if needed.)
  2. Divide Nice Cream into two bowls and top with a garnish of blueberries (or your favorite berry). Serve immediately.
