1lgmango (Tommy Atkins or Kent variety recommended) peeled and pitted
splashcoconut milkor your favorite nut milk
1tbspsliced berries or chopped nuts* for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Peel and freeze the bananas for a minimum of 1 hour.
Add the frozen bananas, mango and coconut milk to a blender and blend on medium-high until smooth. (Add up to a Tbsp of additional coconut milk if needed.)
Divide nice cream into two bowls and top with your favorite (optional) garnish of fruit or chopped nuts. Serve immediately.

*You can use a variety of garnishes for this nice cream to add texture and boost nutrition. Chopped nuts, roasted seeds or coconut flakes add protein while sliced or whole berries add sweetness and fiber.
