Here’s what to do next:
- Choose snacks that support heart health like colorful veggies, oat-based snack bars and fish like tuna salad or salmon jerky. These foods will support your libido and ability to achieve climax because they promote healthy blood flow.
- Snack on fruits that are high in water, like watermelon and pineapple. They will help keep you hydrated. This will keep your skin plump (fresh and wrinkle-free) and help keep you feeling energized. Keep in mind that dehydration is linked with a loss of libido.
