The Monaco Crème de Cacao Cocktail

This sexy cocktail layers flavors of sweet crème de cacao liqueur and bitters with a splash of refreshing lime and gold rum.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Gold Rum (or your preferred gold/amber rum)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • .5 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • candied ginger for garnish

Instructions

  • Shake all in a cocktail shaker and strain into a coupe glass. Serve straight up.
  • Garnish with a candied ginger slice.

Notes

If you don't have coupe glasses, use martini glasses.
