Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 6 leaves Fresh mint muddled
  • 1 oz Club soda*
  • 1 Sprig mint optional

Instructions

  • Muddle fresh mint in a cocktail shaker.
  • Put tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Add club soda, shake once, and pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
