Need a crimson-colored punch for a Holiday gathering? This fun, Champagne mule cocktail is full of flavor and cheer, not to mention aphrodisiac ingredients.

  • 16 oz (2 cups) Pomegranate juice chilled
  • 12 oz (1 ½ cups) Cranberry juice chilled
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 8 oz (1 cup) vodka
  • 750 ml (1 bottle) Brut Champagne or sparkling wine chilled
  • 12 oz Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer Or your favorite ginger brew, chilled
  • Raspberries for garnish optional


  • Combine the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, vodka, Champagne or sparkling wine and ginger beer in a chilled punch bowl.
  • Place a collection of Champagne flutes next to the bowl with a raspberry in each glass, (optional).
  • Toast to new friends and old and enjoy!


To make an ice ring for your punch bowl, add 1 part water and 1 part cranberry juice to a bundt pan or tube pan (fill the pan about 2/3 full) and freeze. 
For easy refills, make extra batches and store them in the refrigerator.
