Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Run popsicles under warm water to remove smoothly!
