  • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses*
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp roasted almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • stevia to taste or grade B maple syrup
  • 2 lg ice cubes
