Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi sent us this cocktail recipe and we thought its balance of bright, tart and faintly sweet flavors would be a great refresher for those first warm days of the year.

Ingredients
3/4cupPinot Grigio6 oz
1ozfreshly squeezed blood orange juice
1ozCampari
1ozsimple syrupbasic 2 parts sugar:1 part water ratio
ice
1 1/2ozsoda water
blood orange wheels to garnish
Instructions
Fill a large glass or Mason jar with ice, then add in all of the measured ingredients, except for the soda water.
Stir the ingredients with a bar spoon. Once incorporated, finish with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with wheels of freshly sliced blood oranges.
