How does this produce storage work?

We’re not quite sure how it works but the basic gist is that vegetables release ethylene when they’re stored. The ethylene causes things around them to ripen quickly. But in the VeggiDome, the ethylene gas slips out between the dome and its lid. This slows ripening/rotting and allows you to enjoy a rainbow of veggies at their peak of ripeness over the course of a few days.
