Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

vegan banana bread recipeIt’s amazing what you can find while trolling Instagram! This Instagram find came from elyonlylyablolus, one of the authors of the blog Plaisir Vegan, a site dedicated to simple techniques for vegan cooking. Although the original recipe calls for wheat flour, you can always use rice flour to make it both vegan and gluten free. We love this recipe not only for the scrumptious simplicity but because it stars banana. Recipe for an Aphrodisiac Vegan Burger

vegan burger recipeThis vegan burger recipe comes to us from our own nutrition guru, Delahna Flagg, who is currently working on a vegan project with Pamela Anderson.

Sure, veggie burgers have been done. But this time, the vegan burger has an aphrodisiac spin. Blending oven-dried mushrooms with quinoa, brazil nuts and spice, it offers a stimulating sensation for every one of your taste buds. (Is your mouth watering yet?)

  • 1- in section of ginger peeled
  • 1 cups quinoa
  • 1 tsp Hot mustard powder
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Dehydrate mushrooms in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  3. Turn oven temperature up to 450 degrees.
