(It’s cottage cheese… no idea how this happened. Dinner was followed by a long shower.)
Charlie tried his first Chicken Parmesan, or “Pizza Chicken.” He had a little trouble with the noodles.
Charlie picked and ate his first homegrown strawberry today.
Where can I find more?
Just when we thought Charlie had gone on a cookie and cottage cheese diet, he surprised us by digging in to hummus for dinner (literally).
In total, he ate about half a cup of hummus, straight off of his finger. (He was offered crackers and pretzels.) Why did we let him eat finger hummus? Would you argue with this face?
Mommy wasn’t feeling good. Charlie was left to his crackers and peanut butter and fruit.
Charlie, would you like cottage cheese for breakfast?
Charlie, you want my avocado toast?
So this is what Charlie ate for breakfast:
Mom got none.
Charlie, do you want French toast?
What do you want to eat for breakfast?
So this is what Charlie ate:
Washed down with a glass of almond milk.
Offered Charlie pizza for dinner thinking this would excite. One bite.
Today Charlie was a little more interested in food than he was yesterday. But don’t ask him to eat bananas. That he spit into Mom’s hand. Not pretty.
