Ancient wisdom puts cranberries among New England’s most potent aphrodisiacs, which may explain one Nantucket Inn’s obsession with the scintillating fruit.
From September 5-October 19 the Wauwinet, Nantucket’s most ultra, over-the-top den of romance and indulgence will offer a cranberry-crazed couples’ package. Experience cranberry mulled cider, (cranberries and apples – is there liquour involved?). Also on the docket are a cranberry cuddling throw blanket, cramberry bread pudding, crantinis and a mysterious spa treat simply called the cranberry massage. For those with total crasin fever, cooking classes with Chef David Daniels will feature the aphrodisiac berry.
