A lovely, voluptuous rendition of dry rose, this wine is also one of Napa’s best buys. Its aromas and flavors are like a giant glass of strawberries and roses.

If red velvet had a flavor, this wine would be it. A hipper-than-thou blend of Cab, Cab Franc and Merlot, it is super sexy with blackberry up front and lingering espresso, cocoa and truffle. Yes, truffle!

Peju is one of Napa’s finest Cabernet producers. But this wild tiger of a wine is a standout even for one of the best. Dark and masculine with cigar, black currant and eucalyptus, it’s pretty unforgettable.
