this Caribbean magic:
Mango Ice Cream
1 c water
1 c orange juice
2 T brown sugar
Boil until sugar dissolves, then boil 5 minutes more
Refridgerate until chilled.Puree 4 c fresh mango chunks
in blender.
Mix orange syrup w/ mango puree. Freeze overnight
Serve in sherbert cups with fresh-sliced lime.
