She continued
her education with a Cordon Bleu undertaking studies
in restaurant management, providing comprehensive
study of the business side of the food and restaurant
industry. Furthering her passion for knowledge and
expertise she went on to earn the title Master of
Gastronomy and became part of a group of only 15 individuals
in the world to earn this degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
Having
done an in depth study into the future of organics
in the US, Ivy has created an up and coming new business,
Whole Haute, an organic line of foods and meal service
in Los Angeles, CA. The food culture in the US is
seeing an ever-increasing demand for healthy, organic
convenience foods and her passion and drive to fulfill
this need put her on the forefront of a booming new
opportunity in the culinary world. Haaks currently
holds the position of Pastry Chef for M Cafe de Chaya
in Los Angeles.
